What is the return policy for your DIY solutions?

All product returns are to be initiated within 2 weeks of product acquisition by customer.

Customers are responsible for any damages caused by outsourced product installation and all other costs related to the return of the products.

Is hardware included?

Yes, all mounting hardware, including post tension hardware is included.
